ADVANTAGES: Resistance to heat up to 250 °C and resistance to most oils and solvents, especially all acids, aliphatic hydrocarbons, aromatic hydrocarbons, animal and vegetable oils. DISADVANTAGES: not recommended for use in Ketones, esters with low molecular weight and mixtures containing nitrate. Motor vehicles, locomotives, diesel engines and fuel systems.


O-ring products are mainly made of materials


NBR: This material can reach the highest temperature of 130 degrees, hardness of 50-90 degrees have, complete specifications, it has good mechanical properties, mineral-based lubricants and Grease.


Fluoro rubber: This material temperature can reach 240 degrees of high temperature, complete specifications, it is known for high temperature and chemical resistance and other good performance. In addition, it also has good anti-aging and anti-oxidation, very low gas permeability (especially suitable for high altitude equipment) .


EPDM RUBBER: temperature ranges from-50 °C to 150 °C. They are resistant to hot water, steam, ageing and chemicals. It is suitable for hot water, steam, detergents, potassium hydroxide solutions, silicone oils and fats, a variety of dilute acids and chemicals. Its glycol-resistant brake fluid properties are particularly recommended, but it is not suitable for all mineral oil products (lubricants, fuels) .


Silicone rubber: Silicone Rubber has the widest working temperature range (- 60-180℃) , harmless, non-toxic and tasteless, excellent resistance to ozone aging, oxygen aging, light aging and weathering, excellent electrical insulation properties, special surface properties and physiological inertia, high permeability.
